Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use 2xSport. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
The service is intended for residents of Ethiopia. We do not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with local laws.
Employees of 2xSport and their immediate family members are not permitted to create accounts. We reserve the right to void any bets placed by ineligible users and forfeit associated winnings.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is personal and cannot be shared with others. All activity under your account is your responsibility, even if unauthorized.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your credentials.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are obligated to keep your account information up to date at all times.
Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to any third party. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from the platform.
You must not use 2xSport for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing. We reserve the right to close accounts suspected of such activity without prior notice.
Betting Rules
- All bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport or event
- We reserve the void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets
- Maximum payout limits vary by sport and market
- Live betting odds are subject to change before acceptance
- Bets are accepted only in Ethiopian Birr (ETB)
- Minimum stake per bet is 10 ETB unless otherwise stated
- Maximum accumulator selections are limited to 20 events
Full betting rules are available in the help section of your account. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing any wager. We are not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding of betting rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, our decision is final unless clear evidence of system error can be provided. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the event settlement.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is 50 ETB. We accept various payment methods including Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Birr and cryptocurrency. Deposits are typically credited instantly but may take up to 24 hours depending on the method.
We do not charge fees for deposits but your payment provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for any third-party fees. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.
We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our discretion. Suspicious deposits may trigger additional verification requirements before funds are credited to your account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require full identity verification and are processed through the same method used for deposits where possible. Processing times vary by payment method, typically 24 to 72 hours for e-wallets and 3 to 5 business days for bank transfers.
The minimum withdrawal is 200 ETB. We reserve the right to set maximum withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large or unusual transactions. Monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier.
We may withhold withdrawals pending verification of account ownership, source of funds or resolution of any pending disputes. Withdrawals may be delayed if there is suspicious activity on your account.
Bonus Terms
Each bonus comes with specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible bet types and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses have a 30-day validity period. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will void the bonus and associated winnings.
Wagering requirements are typically 5x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Only qualifying bets with odds of 1.40 or higher count toward wagering. Void, cashed-out or drawn bets do not contribute to wagering requirements.
We reserve the right to exclude players from promotional offers if we detect abuse, including but not limited to multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Using automated systems or bots to place bets
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Exploiting software errors or glitches for personal gain
- Providing false identity documents during verification
- Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our systems
Responsible Gaming
We encourage all players to gamble responsibly. If you feel your betting habits are becoming problematic, please use our self-exclusion tools or contact support for assistance. We offer deposit limits, cooling-off periods and permanent account closure options.
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, increases to these limits take 24 hours to take effect. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on 2xSport including logos, text, graphics and software is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. You may not use our brand name, logos or trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement without our express consent.
Limitation of Liability
2xSport provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service beyond the balance in your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your last deposit.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures or force majeure events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
We are not responsible for losses due to user error, including incorrect bet selections, forgotten passwords or failure to secure account credentials.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, the matter will be escalated to an independent arbiter or the relevant regulatory authority.
All disputes are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts for any legal proceedings arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days in advance.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. Your right to use the service is conditional on acceptance of the current terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
